It is not necessary to visit a Disaster Service Center to apply for assistance. Individuals can apply for assistance online at DisasterAssistance.gov, by calling 1-800-621-FEMA (3362), or by using the FEMA App. If you use a relay service, such as a video relay service (VRS) or captioned telephone service, provide FEMA with the number for that service.

Federal assistance is available to eligible individuals in Hancock, Harrison, Stone and Pearl River counties. Assistance can include grants for temporary housing and home repairs, low-cost loans to cover uninsured property losses, and other programs to help individuals and business owners recover from the effects of the disaster.
