Global take on small business news

Putin praises unprecedented” state of relations between Moscow, Beijing

(MENAFN) Russian President Vladimir Putin praised the “unprecedented” state of relations between Moscow and Beijing on Wednesday in a message to Chinese President Xi Jinping marking China’s 76th National Day.

“Russian-Chinese relations are at an unprecedented level – this was fully confirmed by our recent thorough and constructive discussions in Tianjin and Beijing,” Putin said in the Kremlin-published message.

He noted that China continues to advance in socioeconomic, scientific, and technological development while strengthening its global standing and contributing to solutions for major international challenges.

Putin expressed confidence that the agreements reached between the two nations would enhance bilateral partnership and dialogue, while laying the groundwork for new large-scale joint projects across multiple sectors.

“This undoubtedly meets the fundamental interests of the friendly peoples of Russia and China and is consistent with the construction of a just and democratic multipolar world order,” he added.
